He is the founder Director of the SNR EDATAS PRIVATE LIMITED. Since its inception he actively managed all the affairs of the company. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant, having about 30 years’ Experience in Company Audits, Tax Audits, Merchant banking services, Mergers & Amalgamations, Takeovers, SEBI Related issues, Stock Exchange issues, preparation of project reports, preparation of feasibility reports, Audit of public sector undertakings, Audit of power related companies and other related matters.
His expertise in the field is widely acknowledged by the clients. He has demonstrated versatility in various aspects of the finance and banking domains as well as high credentials. Today, he enjoys a reputation as a high calibre strategist and consultant in the corporate world in areas of service to Public Sector Undertakings. Currently the company employs close to 100 professionals excluding temporary staff. He has gained extensive experience of over three decades in taxation, finance, manufacturing, banking, information technology, Investigation Audits and agricultural sectors while successfully managing an audit firm.
