Jagadeswara Rao Maddukuri - Advisor
Mr. Jagadeswara Rao Maddukuri is a creative tech innovator who has been involved in the transformation of Polish telecommunication industry since 1993. He is part of a team, which commissioned & managed the operations for the first independent telecom operator in Poland. He is a restless promoter of Indian tech & IT business in the European Union. He has conceptualized and pursued building Inter-Governmental relations for economic development & investments between Indian States and Regions of Poland under the flagship program of Poland-India IT Forum. He was instrumental in the signing of the first ever MOU in India post 1991 reforms, between the Government of Andhra Pradesh and Malopolska Region in the year 2005, which led to signing of many more MoUs.
Mr. Maddukuri has worked tirelessly to promote trade and investments between India and Poland for more than 15 years. He facilitated the highly-successful investments by Indian IT companies (Infosys, HCL, TCS, Zensar, UFLEx etc.), resulting in direct employment to more than 10000 Polish nationals and most recently during the pandemic times in 2020 IOPEX Technologies to invest in Poland. He advises Universities, Special Economic Zones, City, Regional & Central Authorities in Poland and works closely with many state Governments and Central Government authorities and Industry Bodies like NASSCOM, Telecom & Semiconductor Industry bodies & Corporate houses like TATA Group, TCS, Infosys, Wipro, K.Raheja’s in India.
He is a tech entrepreneur and business executive in IT/Telecommunications sector for more than two decades. Passionately works with tech start-ups as investor, advisor & Mentor. Hon’ble President of India Conferred on Mr. Jagadeswara Rao Maddukuri Pravasi Bharatiya Samman Award in acknowledgement of his outstanding achievement in the field of Entrepreneurship and in recognition of his valuable contribution in promoting the Honour and Prestige of India and in fostering the interests of overseas Indians.
He was actively involved in the evacuation of Indian students from Ukraine pursuant to the declaration of war in the country.
